Late last year, I was fortunate enough to receive the support of Astro Devices, a company who sells a WiFi adapter product called Nexus-S for use with different mounts. When used with a Synscan EQ6 or HEQ5, it can plug directly to the mount's Synscan port and provides both EQDirect and WiFi support. I am working on adding support for connecting to mounts via a WiFi connection to support Nexus-S. I have a working alpha version of EQMac, but it needs a lot of testing and additional robustness. Once I am happy that the software is functioning reliably, I will post a beta version here for trial. I would like to sincerely thank Astro Devices for their kind support in adding this functionality to EQMac.
