Something happend in the polar aligment menu in 2.0.0 beta3 (and beta2) OSX 10.11.3. Calibration procedure is not saved when restart EQmac, and mount does not return to home position from "retun home" button. It working fine in 1.3.2 beta1.
Problem solved for El Capitan 10.11.5, after updating this new release of El Capitan i have had even more issues with unstable connection to Skysafari with EQMac using EQDirect cable with FTDI chip to EQ6 mount.

Answering my previous post.

Apples own FTDI Driver is causing problem to EQMac, even if having original FTDI driver http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm installed.
Solution was to DISABLE AppleUSBFTDI.kext driver that is included with El Capitan following this link (with minor modification for El Capitan10.11.5).

The AppleUSBFTDI.kext driver El Capitan10.11.5 is located in HD/Systems/Library/Extensions/
Disable Apples own FTDI driver and install original FTDI Driver 2.3 from their website make everything working again.
